It is amazing how difficult it is to find a job sometimes for the holidays when you try to call me over the phone that you do not have a relationship with. They give you fake names. They are mostly too busy to deal with you and that can seem quite daunting for a while. It is important not to take things personally but still I have to say in can be quite discouraging. Sometime they ask you a question you do not expect and really have to think about to give an intelligent answer to. A question which you were not expecting but should have been expecting. When the company things they have the upper hand and you need them more than they need you, they try to take advantage.
